Paul began his journey as a club professional, a career that has seen him hold positions as the Head Professional at Kauri Cliffs and then the position of Director of Golf at Tara iti. Fast-forward to now, he is the Founding Partner of Future Isles.
Along with his extensive development knowledge and management skills, Paul brings an expansive global network to the table. His career has taken him across the world, from the United States, United Kingdom and Australia; if there is great golf to be played, Paul has either played it or has it on his list to visit.
